Horrible customer service

Banking app does not allow me to reset password on the app or website. Tried the SC chat but there is always no consultant. Called many times but their call menu only has basic services and doesn’t allow you to talk to an actual person. How else am I supposed to reset the password??

User friendly

SC Mobile very user friendly.

Unable to create mobile token

Tried multiple ways and times to create my mobile token after switching my phones and still unable to do so. Useless

Unfriendly user experience

Unable to reset password by myself on app. Called many times and still unable to speak to a CS. Definitely not enjoying this whole experience.

Where the fick is the local transfer limit settings

If I am spending 15 mins to figure out where the hel is the local transfer limit setting this is the worst app in the world

Singpass face ID does not progress

I am trying to register on my new phone and the singpass face ID validation just keeps spinning and does not progress

Not able to modify scheduled payment

after few years, the app is still not able to edit nor delete scheduled payment or fund transfer.

Keep logging me out of face login

Too limited attempts allowed.

Poorly designed app, extremely inefficient to find information

Please take a look at other major bank apps and learn something from them
