Unacceptable

This app operates at an unprofessional standard and is becoming ridiculous. Every upgrade loses my id forcing me to re-register. Information takes 3 hours to update. The last update is just crashed. This app gets one more chance before I change banks

New app worst ever

So the new app is launched and I need to re-register for face recognition. However the Login button is not able to be accessed because it is hidden below the message. And the new UI is very hard to use. Extremely poor experience.

Access load too much time

I have already have the account, but they didn't allow me to access.It just keep loading. This software needs a upload

Stuck at mobile verification page

I’ve recieved an otp for the verification but the app does not allow me to enter the otp

Updated App doesn't allow login to account or authenticate

I updated the app but the app is not allowing me to access my account as the screen is only running the animated background No login page comes out! Need support ASAP as I can't access my account

Latest version constantly crashing

This latest upgrade causes the app to crash multiple times
