In Love with the App but...

I’m using this app constantly every day. I am a yoga teacher and create my yoga flows in Seconds and I love all the features it offers me BUT I really wish I could MOVE around several exercises within the timer. Many times I have up to 50 exercises and I need to add a few more in the middle of it all, which means selecting one exercises at a time and moving it to where I need in the timer. With 50 exercises its a bit annoying to have to do it one by one. Nevertheless Seconds is the best App I have found for workout stuff. I love its simple and minimalist design!! Thank you! ✌️❤️

Great app that helped me better manage my physical therapy exercises

This app gets the job done for creating basic and advanced timers. I used it to better manage a long list of PT exercises that I had to complete. I wish the Apple Watch app were better. For example, the app wants to sync each timer as a workout whereas I just really want to quick and easily trigger a timer from my watch without Workout integration. I couldn’t seem to find a way to do that. Maybe I missed something and will give it another try.

Total Timer

This is the only timer you’ll ever need. Because you can craft whatever time keeping you want. In this app you can create pomodoro timers. HIIT timers, strength training timers. Whatever you need it to do it can do it. Do you need beeps to keep you on cadence? It can do that. You want silence? Done. Huge numbers so you can see the time ticking down ? Check. Do you need it to run in the background, the speak up when it’s time to switch activites? I think you figure out the trend this app can do it. I use this app for writing, cooking and my workouts. I love it!!
