I use it on every workout
Great timer app with many options that should cover most workouts.
Great way to organize my workouts
I really enjoy this app. Used it for about two weeks then upgraded to the full version which enables you to reuse previous circuits you created. It’s really great for organizing your own HIIT workouts. What I like best is the audio function incorporated into the timers so I don’t have to look at my phone during the workout.
Such a handy app
Handy app for group classes instructor like me. Been using it very very long time and never disappointed. Everyone should have this app if you do HIIT and bootcamp style training 👍🏼

This is best app out there
Versatile and works well
It's user customizable. I can create many program timers which suit my many exercise workouts. The created timers can be synced with all my iOS devices. The only complaint I have is that programming a timer is quite confusing. It takes me awhile to learn how to do it. Highly recommended.
