Please fix the iPad app, when you open it it doesn’t give you any option except to choose destination and when you do it just opens grey screen and that is it.

Selina is amazing and I save so much on the app with points and free nights!
App and hostel were okay for the most part. However, they should have clear pricing and self service for reservation modifications. I changed dates by chat in the app (pushed the stay by one day) because there isn’t a self service option. They raised the rate on me without informing me and refused to honor the quoted rates. They should improve their customer service or at least improve this app to inform customers of pricing if their staff is incapable of it.
Downloaded the app to redeem a free nights stay that I earned via the loyalty program tokens. Can’t seem to apply that “free night” to any time or place and the customer support is nonexistent. Would rather book via other avenues that provide any amount of customer service.
Received a Text on whatsapp the day before check-in saying I was forced to download the app in order “complete the check-in process”. This is incredibly inconvenient, suspicious, and I wouldn’t be surprised if they sold your number and whatever date they collect from your account
Forced to download for check-in at hostel. Sleezy/fraudulent requirement and immediately deleted.
The app told me I had enough points to book a room when in actuality I didn’t. What is the point of telling me that if I don’t even have 10% of what I need? It makes no sense.
Whoever did this app needs to be fired. This was an awful UX and won’t let me check in
I used the app to ask for help with my booking, it was the worst idea ever, they changed my booking payment and charge to my card when I chose to pay at the hotel. Nobody seemed to care in helping me. Everything was “it is fixed” but it wasn’t, “contact this email”, “contact the hotel” I literally was without money because they charge me more than 2k before the date I agreed. Be aware!
