Fiz uma reserva para o Selina Agafay Nomad Camp em Marrocos, sendo que quando lá cheguei o estabelecimento já está fechado. Ninguém do Grupo Selina me informou, a app está sempre em baixo. Experiência péssima não recomendo.

Com a localização privilegiada em Copacabana, o hostel dispõe de uma decoração única, staff muito atencioso e amigável, quarto bem arejado e muito limpo, serviço de bar excelente e um rooftop com uma vista indescritível da orla mais conhecida do Brasil! Super recomendo o Selina e sempre será minha escolha no Rio de Janeiro!
iPad app Doesn’t work
Please fix the iPad app, when you open it it doesn’t give you any option except to choose destination and when you do it just opens grey screen and that is it.

The best international boutique hostel/hotel
Selina is amazing and I save so much on the app with points and free nights!
Don’t make changes by chat! Bad system !
App and hostel were okay for the most part. However, they should have clear pricing and self service for reservation modifications. I changed dates by chat in the app (pushed the stay by one day) because there isn’t a self service option. They raised the rate on me without informing me and refused to honor the quoted rates. They should improve their customer service or at least improve this app to inform customers of pricing if their staff is incapable of it.
No point.
Downloaded the app to redeem a free nights stay that I earned via the loyalty program tokens. Can’t seem to apply that “free night” to any time or place and the customer support is nonexistent. Would rather book via other avenues that provide any amount of customer service.
Horrible experience
Received a Text on whatsapp the day before check-in saying I was forced to download the app in order “complete the check-in process”. This is incredibly inconvenient, suspicious, and I wouldn’t be surprised if they sold your number and whatever date they collect from your account
