I love Selina

I’ve loved my experience with Selina and the app makes the experience so much better.

Love Selina!

Great concept and the app makes it super easy to book. I just wish we could search without putting in specific dates, sometimes I have to start a new search several times before finding availability instead of just seeing what’s available right away. It can be frustrating. I’m pretty flexible on my dates when travelling so would appreciate a less restrictive search option.

Good app but some issues

Had issues getting through the covid check in— would not let me through. App is cute doe

App doesn’t work

The point system doesn’t work. I only downloaded the app because on the website it says you can collect points and use that towards a discount on future books but so far I’ve made enough bookings and got zero points. When I contacted support they said it might take a few days to appear; it’s been months now and still no points. I generally like Selina’s services but this was very disappointing.
