Amazing to have 4 payments plans
False hope
the app works, but nobody answers when you open a ticket. But the 1 star is because the stores vary from person to person. And when you want help, no answer. I even had stores when I uninstalled and reinstalled the app that are no longer there. Many stores are missing. Like your friends have lcbo and you don’t, or you have old navy or Walmart and they don’t.

Usage fees
Was so great til they started trying to charge for use of it
Horrible. Basically scammed me.
I have had a order canceled and refunded by the merchant. However despite my constant emails and 2 months of waiting, the order has still not been canceled and refunded. In fact, I am still being charged for it. I have emailed them only to be met with the same A.I email response which doesn’t not resolve any of my issues. At this point I am extremely disappointed. If this issue is resolved, then I may consider using Sezzle again. However as of now I would not recommend using Sezzle.

Worst app ever
Downloaded couldn’t add my bank account and when finally got my card added it doesn’t have Walmart or any stores that my spouses has and we have the same app and address but mine won’t show Canadian stores. Contacted customer service no response. Would give zero starts if possible.
