The support is bad! There is always a technical problem, i have this app for 3years and everytime the same issue!!

constantly has bugs and “works in progress” meaning i can’t withdraw funds to a card for half a year and now i cannot even send them to external wallet so the whole app feels like a scam at this point

I have trusted this app for years and now I am stuck. They are not letting me send my crypto to another wallet. I am not able to cash out nor transfer it to another wallet. They are saying that they are working on technical issues but it’s been months since I tried to get my money out. There is no helpful customer support and no resolution - they are simply holding on to my money. Absolutely a scam at this point of time.

Invested in the ICO and can’t even move my tokens to the app and I had a large amount of XRP and over night they disappear and support team has no answer and are not helping be aware of you invest on this platform

I have been a customer here for years and a great customer at that! I deposited funds and have waited over 8+ days to be able to send my own $600 out of platform. I finally am able to send out to external wallet and it states INSTANT processing. I can’t get someone just to approve my transaction so it processes…this is going on 24hrs. THERE ARE NO SUPERVISORS, they say my ticket is expedited but I have heard from NOONE AND NOTHING IS BEING DONE! This is a (5) second fix that they can’t be bothered to take care of!! This will be my last transaction with them and would advise EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY! Additionally I purchased (2) virtual visa debit cards from them at the same time and have $100+ tied up on virtual card that doesn’t even work! This is HANDS DOWN THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED IN MY LIFE! It’s awful!

This company is a no good rotten scam group. They haven’t let people withdraw their money for over a year. Anyone that speaks up about it in the telegram channel is instantly banned. I personally haven’t been able to login over a month and the tech guys just go around in circles. There’s a you tube video up with some guys getting together to file a class action law suit. Be safe.

I transferred some bitcoin into this platform in hopes to withdrawal to my account. None of the features work unless you’re outside of the US. Support is a joke. I just want my money off this platform. No other wallet charges these astronomical fees. I intend on reporting them. I have had $36 dollars just sitting in this account for over 6 months with no way to access it. Please do yourself a favor and seek out another reputable app.
