I’m have my money block on my Iban account I’m can’t use the support team don’t help. Just tell me to wait is over 4 months now.

This is the worst platform I have ever used. I am repeatedly locked out of the account with the dreaded “servers are down please come back in 5 minutes” message. The ID verification function is a total joke. I have repeatedly tried to upload my passport via their app and am told constantly that it is not good enough even though the picture is always very clear. I have had no such issues on many other platforms. I am also a shareholder in Crypterium or whatever this used to be called. I am looking to dump my shares at the earliest opportunity as this is a terrible app and project. I would give zero stars if I could

Support no longer replies to me i want to withdraw but it won’t let me with any bank card Visa Or Mastercard and when i try send to an external wallet it’ll tell me i don’t have enough funds no matter how much i put in. If you’re from the UK do not download this app, it will trap your funds.

Seems it’s a scam. They are holding peoples coin for business and to make profile. I opened an account and transfer bitcoin to my Crypterium. Have contacted the support team everyday. All they do is paste same message about the technical team working on it. It’s so sad such a big company hold your money and no reason and still yet to credit my account. How can crediting my coin to my wallet takes 5days. So insane.

Horrible app very slow from years they just take out money and we cant even withdraw our tokens or cash out . Careful guys

Been using the app for around a year now, very easy to use, none of this confusing stuff, very good fast, live, online support, can be very slow waiting for developers getting back via email tho, even with important issues, but they know this and hopefully they will improve the time of support soon. Other big major issue tho is cannot add my Santander or hsbc bank card for payment, and to take funds out, had to buy crypto via another app and send funds or top up via PayPal and send to iban, been chatting to support about the issue and they said will hopefully be fixing that soon. I give it 5 stars because it is a very good app, and even though it does have 1 or 2 small issues, they are constantly working on issues and always making the app better. Keep up the good work guys, p.s CRPT needs to go on Binance :-)

Brilliant app to manage your crypto, make purchases and feel confident that your funds are safe. It has improve massively since I joined 8 months ago. They just FCA approval to operate in the UK which provides even more confidence to users. Definitely, an app to have if you use crypto for everyday purchases and for managing your crypto.
