The potential is huge but I’m starting to feel like the Crypterium support won’t allow me to withdraw my money…. The app is FULL of bugs that make spending impossible. There’s no solution to the problem apparently and the only tip I’ve gotten from them is “Make sure your app is updated” If you don’t want to get your money stuck forever, avoid this app!!!! It might be a scam at this point.

This company is a scam, plain and simple. Not only they have really high fees (trust me, you can find more reliable, secure platforms with lower fees), they also steal your money. I made a withdrawal and this was never credited, and their customer service is completely useless. I would rather give my money to that drunk guy in a bar with a multi million dollar idea.

No es fiable, primero té pide depósito y luego ningun ID les parece bien para tu confirmación, además en el chat no hay respuestas

En mi experiencia, compré 17.5 dólares de los cuales si quiero retirar solo me mandarían 13 o si quiero mandar a otra billetera que no sea de Crypterium, me cobran aún más comisión, me mandarían solo 11.5 si lo mando a otra billetera. Es el más caro que he visto, el diseño es muy bueno y simple de usar, pero el costo es excesivo.

Compre una criptomoneda, al momento de ingresar los datos bancarios nunca cargo la página y ahora resulta que si me hicieron el cobro pero no se ve reflejado en mi cuenta las criptomonedas.

I transferred some bitcoin into this platform in hopes to withdrawal to my account. None of the features work unless you’re outside of the US. Support is a joke. I just want my money off this platform. No other wallet charges these astronomical fees. I intend on reporting them. I have had $36 dollars just sitting in this account for over 6 months with no way to access it. Please do yourself a favor and seek out another reputable app.
