Just looking at reviews this is hot good system. If I’m a developer and I see even a couple of reasonable unsatisfied customers this is alarming to my business, I need to fix it Fees can’t be high but reasonable and there can’t be problems withdrawing money at all and in any time customers want to. Developers need to address all these if they want to have honest platform. User friendly app brings good experiences and good business so earnings coming in.

I wanted to withdraw all my money but it wouldnt let me. The fees are high. Now they want me to put more money in to be able to get the rest of it out. Which it won’t.

Support takes a while to respond and the person who helps you never is the one capable of solving your problems, they always “escalate your ticket to the proper department” and will reply via email says later with no solution to your problem. It took them 2 weeks a simple phone number change. Do not invest here they are not reliable.

I invested 13 dollars. Then it said it locked my account I’m trying to unlock my account so I can get my money back and suddenly no one from customer support wants to help no more. But when I was asking about investing money they replied in 2 seconds. Scam I want my money back

I really enjoy the easiness and simplicity of their design, but I have had money inside my account that I have not been able to access for months asked support and they told me to just wait and eventually I will be able to. A for the design, and an F for their support.
