My bank put this company as fraudulent, I was hacked and money stolen from my account, when I contacted this app, their customer service told me to un flag them with my bank to refund me. When I did they complicated things to make it impossible for me to get my money back. After one week wasted in email and incompetent customer service and management (maybe the same person) they never sign their emails with names??? What where you are stepping in.

I transferred some bitcoin into this platform in hopes to withdrawal to my account. None of the features work unless you’re outside of the US. Support is a joke. I just want my money off this platform. No other wallet charges these astronomical fees. I intend on reporting them. I have had $36 dollars just sitting in this account for over 6 months with no way to access it. Please do yourself a favor and seek out another reputable app.

This isn’t just the worst crypto app, but possibly the worst iOS app ever created. The new login procedure has you enter your birthday, but the day picker always subtracts a day. So if you’re born on the 5th, you need to select “6”. Then after this nonsense you finally get a login screen. Then after entering the 2FA, it takes you BACK to the same form with birthday and address. I fill in all fields EXACTLY as before and it just errors and says “Enter your full residence address”. Clicking on the top support link opens a chat window that immediately says “chat has ended”

Can’t use any of the app’s features, it’s under maintenance for weeks.

App seems buggy. I had a small $20 balance there and couldn’t send it to external wallet. Converted to 5 other currencies (paying fee each time) and still couldn’t withdraw, “we are fixing an issue” error

Wanted to withdraw money to my card and what do you know its still under maintenance for over like a year now…..i recently went back to my country and now i cant even change my own details like my phone number and all that….had to contact support and trust me they are useless n not helpful at all. Just dont use this app for god sake
