I made an order which was delayed several months and I did not receive it. At some point I opened the app to check on it, and it said that it was delivered. It was a big one, and I tried contacting the merchant several times to let them know about that mistake, but received no reply. Then I submitted a claim to the app support, also with no reply. After several such claims to both places, one day I discovered that the merchant was no longer supported in the app, they had deleted their profile. I tried to get the attention of the app support on that too, also with no reply. I do not have the words to express my disappointment with this app and I am telling all my friends to never use it.

If there is an option for a zero star i would have given it and reward it to this app! the poorest out of all customer service.

Todavía estoy esperando el reembolso parcial que me ofrecieron. Por otra parte, ellos no te brindan ningún tipo de etiqueta para poder devolver (libre de costos) los productos que no te quedan como la mayoría de las compañías que venden online. También se tardó mucho para que los productos que pedí me llegaran a mi casa.

Couldn’t get my stuff tracked without “shop” the app… download, get it all set up, oh what do ya know, shop doesn’t even have updates on shipping. Items were delivered without any knowledge to myself that they were ever even shipped. “Ready for shipping” is all it had for days and days. No location. No estimates. Nothing. Again as the title states, this app is pointless.

I keep getting the same pop ups over and over again. This has been going on for the last three weeks!

New update is entirely too confusing. Current orders and payment plans are not easily accessible. The wrong tap takes you on a loophole of unnecessary information.
