Notification Not exactly on a time . 15 minutes later after order received
Defective product and issues with return
I have received the bag with defective stitching, immediately claimed that I would like exchange or refund. According to their return policy, the customer should inform Customer Service about intention to return and they should provide instructions how to proceed. During one week no update form the Customer service.
Amazing!
This becomes the best way to buy things online!
Dont have good customer service
If there is an option for a zero star i would have given it and reward it to this app! the poorest out of all customer service.

Todavía estoy esperando el reembolso parcial que me ofrecieron. Por otra parte, ellos no te brindan ningún tipo de etiqueta para poder devolver (libre de costos) los productos que no te quedan como la mayoría de las compañías que venden online. También se tardó mucho para que los productos que pedí me llegaran a mi casa.
