The company I bought my product from scammed me and Shop app can’t do anything about it. The company has closed their website and is unavailable since I made my order. What use is your app if it’s so easily used to scam people.

Credit card Issue
已經好幾週無法成功填入信用卡資料，換了好幾張卡甚至註冊新帳號都顯示「Error: Too many attempts, please try again later」（第一次填的新卡也會收到此顯示） 心累⋯⋯
Dont have good customer service
If there is an option for a zero star i would have given it and reward it to this app! the poorest out of all customer service.

Por otra parte, ellos no te brindan ningún tipo de etiqueta para poder devolver (libre de costos) los productos que no te quedan como la mayoría de las compañías que venden online. También se tardó mucho para que los productos que pedí me llegaran a mi casa.
