My package was claimed to be delivered within 1 working day yet it took 3!! Upon delivering it, the delivery guy had just left it outside on the porch and gone?!?

Thanks to Shop, I don’t have to waste time scrolling through my emails looking forborder confirmations, tracking info etc

If there is an option for a zero star i would have given it and reward it to this app! the poorest out of all customer service.

Por otra parte, ellos no te brindan ningún tipo de etiqueta para poder devolver (libre de costos) los productos que no te quedan como la mayoría de las compañías que venden online. También se tardó mucho para que los productos que pedí me llegaran a mi casa.

Couldn’t get my stuff tracked without “shop” the app… download, get it all set up, oh what do ya know, shop doesn’t even have updates on shipping. Items were delivered without any knowledge to myself that they were ever even shipped. “Ready for shipping” is all it had for days and days. No location. No estimates. Nothing. Again as the title states, this app is pointless.

I keep getting the same pop ups over and over again. This has been going on for the last three weeks!
