I just wish the time, date, and battery would disappear from my screen and that there were more recognisable classics available.

its very slow for some reason?

App is great I just wish there were more horror classics - I notice most of the recently added titles are either foreign or originals content (which I have to say I’m not a big fan of much) also an option to zoom to fill screen in the player would be good.

I like all the horror movies definitely a lot more than Netflix but the app does need to improve…

Was constantly unable to play anything due various errors, couldn’t access my account information and although they managed to bill me the support team just couldn’t or couldn’t be bothered finding my account despite me send copies of information including the apple invoice with all my info and there info on it , don’t waste your time

Cant cast to play on my Tv . The only thing that can play on the tv through th phone app is the Trailer, but not the movie. I honestly dont get it. Fix this please as im a huge fan of horrors.

I keep getting pop ups whenever I try to watch something on shudder saying that I don’t have a plan (on the app) or that my payment failed (on the website) despite using a card that has worked for everything else I’ve ever used it for, and having more than enough money in my account to cover it. Tried to pay through the app using apple’s subscription as they obviously didn’t want to take my card, but I’m still getting the same error DESPITE BEING CHARGED FOR THE SUBSCRIPTION. So now I’m out for the subscription that I can’t use for whatever reason, not impressed.

The app won’t successfully cast anything for me on my Chromecast. Tried everything, uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Nothing works.

How do I even work this app ? I’ve brought the monthly plan! And it’s still not working 🙅🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ do I have to wait 🤷🏻‍♀️ or something 🤦🏻‍♀️
