OTP ERROR - cannot use this app
My +855 phone number is correct on the website, but 15 times today Kris+ and this app and the website say "OTP sent to phone ..." and no code received. Kris+ and this app are blocked.

I’ve travelled quite extensively and was excited to use Singapore Airlines due to their awards as best airline. I have no clue how they won the awards. 5 out of 4 flights were delayed, 1 flight delayed by so much I missed my connection 3 hours later - 14 hour delay in alternative flights via a different continent. No compensation available but they did put us up in a hotel for 3 hours before bringing us back to the airport. No response to emails or via the app. Food was substandard and the wait between meals was ridiculous. They get you onboard, fed once and then turn off the lights and hope you sleep whatever the time of day so they don’t have to deal with you. One flight I had two breakfasts and nothing else. Ridiculous.
You cannot even manage a booking any more, every new release gets worse and worse 🤦♂️
Hopelessly useless app. Each update gets worse. Wasted 3 hours trying to change my flight, interface constantly freezing, app wouldn’t let me cancel my flight, tried to change my booking and app would only offer me more expensive tickets despite me checking that there was plenty of cheaper economy, economy standard seats available it would only let me book the more expensive economy flexi. Why???…absolute blatant exploitation of customer needs. Only option to have to spend more time calling customer service to cancel ticket. What’s the point of an app that doesn’t work. Will be using a different airline in the future
Great airline, woeful App. Every time I try to review My Trips it demands I reset my password, despite it working absolutely fine on website and using my email instead of membership number as per instructions As a frequent business traveller this is just frustrating. The brand damage to an otherwise excellent airline is unfathomable.
The new update has made it more inconvenient to upgrade. The first issue is: previously you were able to click on your booking in your trip list to bring up manage my booking. Now you also have to input your booking reference number for it to search up your booking even though there is a page that lists all your trips. The second issue is: every time I try and upgrade with Miles, it comes up with an error. I fly five times a year, long haul with SQ. The tens of thousands of miles, I’ve collected seems to be a waste. My advice to you is do not bother flying with SQ for the sake of collecting points for an upgrade. SQ promises a lot but delivers little.
The app does not work for things like changing flights / managing bookings.
I always travel with SQ every time I go home yo my country. Once I stepped inside the aircraft I feel I’m already at home The warm and cordial welcome is the next Service is impeccable Prompt and efficient And very friendly A great way to fly .... Thank you lovely hostess in your beautiful sarong kebaya And of course everybody who always makes our flight memorable I recently came back from holiday in my country and would like to commend the cabin crew who provides us for looking after us after a long journey We had a very pleasant journey Comfortable and enjoined their services on board Thank you to all of them they are . The app itself is fine, but there’s an unnecessary animation that lasts about 10 seconds every time you do any action - so it makes using the app painfully slow
Got email my waitlist was now confirmed but can’t seem to confirm via app. Clunky and not smooth process to change anything or move reservation
