I’m so impressed with the frictionless experience and true redemption availability option in Singapore Airlines!!! Esp. During the pandemic, you made your customer feels safe to be flying with you, not just in the physical mode but to know that the true value is the end to end experience. Congratulations!
App keeps crashing
I am always disappointed with Singapore airlines the app keeps crashing you can choose seats it’s always bad seats assign to me , I don’t think they treat they own long time

Zero to none support feature, poor service
This is unacceptable, SIngapore Air suddenly email me about rescheduling my flight , without giving me any reason. And forcing me to accept another flight without giving other options. To make the matter worst. i cannot DIY solving the issue online on my own, there is absolutely nothing you can do within the app, being forced to wait for CS hot line, i have been waiting for 3 hours, no one is picking up. This is by far the most horrible airline booking experience in my 20 years history of taking flight. No reason to DL the app , why not just use website or any other other airline ?
incompetent IT system
changed seats, when save and exit, always show failed and suggest me to skip and try again. This is a clear sign of unreliable IT system, you failed a basic simple task.

Slow loading and cannot use wallet for krisflyer card
Please let me add my krisflyer card to my Apple wallet.
Bugs
There are many bugs in the app and also the SQ website. Even when I’m logged into my profile, I’m redirected to log in again when trying to check in for my flight.
Reaction time issue
The reaction time after pressing some options are having delays. Which makes my notification pops up serval times. Rather than that, the rest is totally enjoyable
Not able to type the new password
The app does not allow me to type the new password that contains characters and special symbol. Please fix it.
Can’t login
As I register the account on 29/9/2019, i only got the password instead of pin, so please advice how can I login from the app as it keeps asking me for my pin ?
