The app is buggy and I had to reenter my info multiple times. Also couldn’t sign up my child to a membership.

和太太一同購買機票，Booking Ref也是同一號碼，為何在Check in 時會安排前後座位位置呢？還要是長途機，是要強迫加錢購買位置嗎?

I tried to log in to the app and I put in all of my information but it said I couldn’t press continue because there was missing information so I tried again but still it didn’t work so for the whole 12 hour trip I couldn’t use any Wi-Fi worst airline ever

For online check-in of a few passengers traveling together, have to complete personal details for each passenger for every flight. So it costs me a lot of time (20 min) to fill in the required information and complete online check-in. Besides, cannot make a remark when checking in online, e.g. requesting for a wheelchair for an elder passenger aged 90 years old.
