They completely destroyed my brand new Samsonite checked bag and after I filed a claim, they responded “we may not assume liability for wear and tear to baggage”. What kind of joke is this company? 😂😂 Like the baggage got destroyed itself? Worst airline company and I’ve flown with 30+ airlines.
This app works well and is very easy to use.
The web site and the app are simply awful. Navigating the app leads in circles going nowhere. The worst is with the OTP. On the web site you cannot type the number, typing does not work. On the app, after entering OTP, you are back to where you started and are asked for OTP again. The assistance is simply awful: they are overwhelmed by such badly conceived apps. Ultimately you cannot enter any new data on the web site or in the app. Unbelievable!

Coming from Paris last week with SG Airlines, my flight for Auckland have been canceled as looking the floods situation in Auckland. I get immediately the information and SG Airlines book a beautiful hotel in Singapore to wait for a new flight. Finally I stay two nights and everything have been paid by the company, accommodation, food, taxi, even if they are not responsible of the weather situation… A SG Airlines desk was in this hotel and we get information every 3 hours. Organisation was incredible perfect ! They plan a bus transfer went the weather situation permit to flight to Auckland, we had a real VIP consideration, even if I am not flying in business class. I would like to really thanks the SG Airlines for the consideration they have for there customers. The values they have are the same like we can have in a ‘family’ company. In a period of time where everyone consider their customers like numbers, I just would like to say a great thank you for all ! Please transfer this message to your head office. Regards Yannick
Beaucoup de bugs. Il fait s’y reprendre plusieurs fois pour afficher les bonnes dates (naissance, date d’émission du passeport fin de validité) une vraie galère ! le scan du passeport ne fonctionne pas.

The interface is very user friendly!
The app never keeps me logged in and whenever I try to log in it takes forever and I have to try at least 3 times.
Also On my computer impossible to log in with correct krisflyer account number Why do we have to fill 1st names when they’re printed on the screen one line above , makes no sense
