Lousy Customer Service

Have registered with full address and the customer service officer keep asking you to filled in the completed address with floor and unit number. Told them many times landed property doesn’t has floor and unit number. Resubmitted more than 10times application but failed because of this issue!

Unable to use

Sometimes unable to use/read on smrt & bus tap detect Both have same issue Pls check on this, Use this apps almost 2 years very disappointed on this issue

Slow service

Very bad for the app, reach annual limit need refund waiting for approval 2 month until now haven settle

Fb fave pay link doesn’t work

The app got many bugs, when link fav thru fb, the screen just goes blank in iOS

Can’t withdraw money

I can’t believe after so long this feature is still not available. I am very disappointed with this service. Call customer support and they can’t help with it too.

Crush and close automatically

I just bought the new iPhone X and every time I open this dash the apps crush and close it automatically. Kindly rectify it ASAP.

app purchase

pls kindly add in app purchase as top up option or direct top up using singtel prepaid instead only post paid,it more convinience n easier by enable this function for top up
