Rented a car in Switzerland in winter and though discussed the space in the car for ski gear we were given a car with all season wheels and not winter wheels! Coming from tropical country where we live we had no idea and was expecting that when you rent a car in Switzerland during winter and they know we ski that they will equip the car or at least tell me about the legal requirements, safety, and functionality of driving in snow. Lost several days of holiday and ski passes with not even agreeing to give minimal compensation. Only $100 for future rental in countries they decide! So the app works fine but their service is literally dangerous and can risk lives.

On line booking with App
It is my first time to reserve the car with Sixt Mobile App. It was easy to manage and quick to respond. It would be better if it may have the filter and sort function to car selection.

It is disappointed that there is no reply yet from Sixt for familiar vehicles enquiry. In anyway, I booked because of running out of time and expect Sixt can give a X4 instead of cheap model.
