Sixt driver no-showed for airport transport. Impossible to contact them in app. Took my money still.

Fungerer dårlig
Når jeg skal effektuere en bestilling (ES) får jeg feilmelding fra Sixt - men bestillingen blir tilsynelatende likevel registrert. Mye annet også som ikke fungerer. Har prøvd over lang tid - flere versjoner. Bortkastet tid.
Ripped off!
Gotten over charged by approximately 400kr for toll. Checked online and the toll should of been approximately 250kr I make an inquiry just to check the bill. The customer service give me the run around. Then told me I was talking to wrong dept! Eventually get through to correct people and the told me it would cost 650kr to break down my invoice!!!! So now I feel I paid 400kr too much and have a pants experience with customer service. Sad as people who work in the rental place were super nice. Never gonna use them again. Still waiting for my deposit. Very slow.
