I had preordered and paid for a ride in Brussels, pickup time 5:15. The driver wasn’t there and didn’t answer my call either, when I tried to reach him by phone. So I had to take another taxi, which I luckily was able to get. Without that I and my boss would have missed our flight. I will never trust Sixt after this.

They did not return my extra deposit money event after two month and they did not even responded to my messages about it. There is no customer support on phone. I suggest not to trust them.

I made reservation via web page. The app show’ssa nothing in my reservations. Tried to import reservation ny entering reservation number and security code -> app says unexpected error. This User to work and I was happy about possibility to have reservation card in Apple Wallet. Currently application is useless.

Asked to identify again and gives an “Unexpected error” when trying to send a picture of the driving license (which I have already done before). Cannot be relied on for critical transport needs.

Voisi nettisivuilla tai sovelluksessa tai turhaan tulevissa kirjeissä ilmoittaa toimiiko enää ikinä !!!!! 😡

App is stuck in showing only vans and lorries, not regular car. Restarting not helping.

Jos vahingossa hipaisee kohtaa ”paketti- ja kuorma-autot”, ei enää voi vuokrata henkilöautoa. Käyttöliittymässä ei ole enää vaihtoehtoa ”henkilöautot”. Vuokraan autoni muualta.

Aiemmin olen tehnyt vain yhden varauksen kerrallaan ja appi on toiminut hyvin. Tällä kertaa varasin kaksi eri autoa kahdesta eri kaupungista. Jälkimmäisen varauksen autovalinnan jälkeen näkyviin tuli ensimmäisen varauksen ajankohta jälkimmäisen varauksen hinnalla.
