Not useful as Tourist arriving sweden via copenhagen Airport!!!
In copenhagen no change to get a info for train connectivity only stupid sentence as „outside of sweden there is no info“ So the APP is not covering the network!!! Is this your Standard of quality!!??
Seat reservation
It should be possible to buy seat places together if you travel as a couple. It is not possible to select the desired seats with the app. However, I find seat reservations unnecessary. It should be allowed to sit wherever it is free within the class.
Cannot book
Since two days I always get an error: ”Bokningen är inte tillgänglig". Nothings happens, i tried several days and no answer of my chat and email requests through customer service. Poor service and bad experience. Could you pls help???
SJ for older iOS
The App is not working for iOS 12, the newest available for iPhone6.
There simply is no valid reason for SJ to force me buying a new phone every time they decide to update the app.
Would be great if they invest in some trains sometimes maybe run on time.
Please make available for iOS12 again!
Bad app
The busses times are mixed with the trains, and there is no filter to take this option out, if we press “show sj trains only” not only the busses will disappear but also trains of other companies, so it’s an useless option...please fix this point

Sedan det nya bokningasystemet togs i drift är bokningarna omständiga och kräver många flera steg.
Det går inte längre att boka en specifik sovplats eller vagn längre, utan man tilldelas en slumpvis utvald plats.
Om man har årskort går det inte att lägga till medföljande till en befintlig biljett, trots att tillägg av medföljande ingår i årskortet. Skälet är att appen skiljer på 1:a klass sovvagn för en eller två personer, trots att det är samma sovvagn (alla 1:a klass sovvagnar har två platser, sedan är frågan hur många som det bokas för) får man med årskort guld endast boka sovvagnskupen för en person, men för att kunna lägga till medföjlande krävs två bädds 1:a klass kupé, men den får man inte boka. Inte ens kundtjänsten kan åtgärda detta.
Gör om - gör rätt - fixa buggarna i systemet.

Jag har aldrig upplevt en app med bättre UI. SJ-appen är helt perfekt enligt mig. Allt fungerar och appen är väldigt intuitivt konstruerad och designad

I det nya systemet går det inte att boka plats för djur. Påpekat för er kundtjänst flera gånger, men får bara svaret att ”det ska gå”.
