Never seen such a dumpster before. Its really hard to find how to upgrade their service once you checked their official website and decide to upgrade it finally backs to the app and told use app first. Why cant just make the marketplace and upgrade service more convient and obvious？ Are you trying to make a reading comprehension with users？

I cannot find it in mainland China and HK App Store, how I install it in MAC ??

while login via laptop, it still pops up notifications on phone, not all of the msgs but random ones will jump out which is very annoying

It is suggest that adding of passcode / faceID for the opening of the application. The maybe some sensitive data over the communication among the company staff.

No notifications at all for direct messages for more than 24 hours, work fine for channel

So many times there are files or images which going to be better read in horizontal mode. But that transition is not very stable. Sometimes the attachment or image just simply disappeared

Where is “mentioned” catagory on mobile app? I can only see it on Mac desktop. And sometimes notifications just don’t work. How are people supposed to manage messages in threads? Threads just don’t help.
