MOST MISLEADING APP EVER!!!

If i could leave no stars at all i would!! The app lets you download and track your sleep the entire night just to wake up the next morning in excitement to find out you have to pay for the result! So dissapointing! Defenitely not worth the effort!

I subscribed for the premium service for a year, the most annoying thing was despite wearing the Apple Watch, your phone had to be connected to a charger. They also seem to be greedy in that you can’t access your data unless you upgrade back to premium. There are better sleep apps out there with stats and tracking.

Like all apps, they get so greedy for the money. I’ve been using this app since it was launched. Used to get all the data for free. So sad.

This app is amazing! It has resulted in me achieving a lot more high quality sleep. The insights, nudges and tips are brilliant and I am now also less stressed as a result of getting enough rest.

Not as accurate

I had this app for a while now and used with my watch. Some of the free features are nice. I feel this app is not as accurate, last example, altough I did not have a good nights sleep - been awake from 02:00 to about 04:00, it reported almost 8hours of sleep. Went to sleep @22:00, woke @02:00-04:00 and got up @05:30. It did not pickup I was awake for 2hours

I wear my watch every night but some nights I have to manually log it and it happens everytime I didn’t update it immediately.

Great but not perfect

I think this App is one of the best of its kind and I love the graphics and detailed information contained within it but, it fails to accurately pick up sleep disruptions. I recently ran it in parallel to an official instrumented sleep study which diagnosed me with severe obstructive sleep apnoea. During that study I recall waking three times, enough to look at the time on my watch and recall those events the following day and yet, none were detected by the App. I do understand that the App is not meant for diagnostic purposes but one would think it should be capable of determining when the subject was awake. One other suggestion I would make is the distinction between night time sleep quality and daytime fatigue. Again, this is perhaps not important for the general user but, for those who become fatigued during the day due to sleep disruption at night, it is important to separate the two. I know one can edit the total period of sleep but an intermediate marker to distinguish between cessation of formal sleep in the morning and the rest of the day, without otherwise losing the daytime fatigue analysis, would be useful as it would better summarise night time sleep without the added artifactual influence of daytime somnolence.
