No value added to what you already have in apple health. Do not make the same mistake i did. Do not purchase, does not work with Apple Watch as they mentioned

It is a shame cause if reliable this could have been a great app. It constantly stops working and I spend more time on Google to figure out why it stops then actually sleeping. Going to remove and go with something else

I think this app is just about graphics and pleasant looking reports. In substance, there is no empirical evidence or science really behind it. I have been premium user twice and I really think this app does not deserve the reviews it has managed to generate. Leave your phone to charge, wear the watch and go to sleep, it will count charge time to sleep time. Total restful sleep and HR Dip make no sense, I think this app relies purely on Apple Health and not to phone in general (that is why it counts phone charging time as sleep time). Just like some user wrote somewhere on the internet, eat well, work out and stay fit and you won’t need these babysitter apps! Not at all in favor of this app but what scares me is people blindly downloading and believing in all the graphics and feel good interface. Caveat Emptor!

I think everyone should have this app as it gives you a great picture about how was your sleep and why was it like that. How to take care of your routine. Iam so addicted as it has changed my pattern of sleep and it has reflected on my morning health and my work too. Amazing

It dos not work?!?!

The app on the watch did not update sleep time regularly and at times it can’t register any data? And it did not sync withe the phone app at all? On the phone no data is showing for the pat ; weeks.

Good but variance in sleep time

The app misreads if im sleeping, i wake up and it says im awake , then after an hour says i went back to sleep again. This is a recurring issue
