Bez zegarka kompletnie się nie nadadaje do monitorowania snu. Leżałem w nocy w łóżku przez wiele godzin przeglądając strony internetowe a aplikacja zaliczyła to jako sen- 8,5h! Spałem realnie 2h.

Aplikacja wydawała się w porządku i po pierwszej nocy nagle żeby odsłuchać nagrane dźwięki trzeba kupić premium które kosztuje jakąś absurdalną cenę nie wiem kto to kupuje ale tylko mnie tym zdenerwowali, polecam poszukać innej lepszej darmowej aplikacji.

Autorzy aplikacji przebegle nie pobierają za aplikacje $ w app store dlatego może się wydawać darmowa przez co zachęca do instalacji. Niestety tuż po uruchomieniu, założeniu konta i pełnym skonfigurowaniu wyświetla monit z prośbą o wykupienie rocznej subskrypcji w cenie 199PLN. Drogo jak za aplikacje która operuje na danych z aplikacji zdrowie. Jedna gwiazdka za celowe wprowadzanie użytkownika w błąd zakamuflowaną subskrypcją aby za wszelką cenę skłonić do płacenia. Być może aplikacja ma jakąś wartość dodaną, być może dla kogoś okaże się pomocna ale za przebiegłe praktyki wydawcy zostawiam tu najniższa ocenę która może wiele nie zmieni ale zaoszczędzi kilka cennych minut osobom takim jak ja: skuszonym "darmowa" aplikacja w app store.

This app can make different between 30 minutes to hour between results and what should be. Today I was doing my day routine in bathroom in the morning and this “app” was still counting as I was sleeping :) seriously??? Who made this? Problem is that many people gives high scores to those pseudo apps cause they just see a lot of data, rem, deep, it count how you should feel in theory etc. But these people don’t know that results are completely wrong, sooo wrong and incorrect.

It seems that the non-premium version doesn’t even start on my watch and doesn’t monitor my sleep at all. What is the purpose of the app then?

Apka fajna, cały czas używam ale na przestrzeni czasu zmieniła się i zamiast lepiej działać moim subiektywnym zdaniem działa gorzej. Wystarczy, nie odświeżać codziennie apki i nawet jeśli sen był rejestrowany przez zegarek to przepadają dane. Musisz codziennie ją odpalać i odświeżać w przeciwnym wypadku dane z innych dni przepadną. Dawniej działała inaczej. Nie trzeba było zaglądać codziennie. Wystarczyło 1-2 w tygodniu a wszystkie dane dostępne. No chyba, że zegarek był rozładowany to wiadomo, że nie miało co rejestrować tych pomiarów. Szkoda bo nie ma się pełnego oglądu i nie można rejestrować postępów jeśli codziennie się do apki nie zagląda.

Completely useless app

I’ve been trying to get any value out of my subscription for a year, to no avail. The sleep score seems to be a random number uncorrelated to what’s happening. The tips are a joke, with most advanced telling you “to consider more sleep”, like if I didn’t want to sleep more and better in the first place. Added to that, the app loses or hides some important data collected by Apple watch (like REM and NREM phases of your sleep). To sum up, if you have apple watch, just stick to the regular Sleep app, for free.

Niestety aplikacja kompletnie nie radzi sobie z ustalaniem godzin snu. Siedzę przy komputerze a aplikacja wskazuje, że śpię. Dodam, że inna aplikacja auto sleep nie ma tego problemu i przynajmniej godziny snu są przez nią rejestrowane w sposób bardzo poprawny. Z tego tytułu rezygnuje z subskrypcji sleep watch i pozostaje wierny auto sleep

Was good but recently started recording too many short sleep disruptions without a reason. Plus, this disruptions can’t be merged.

How to set easy waking up time?

I there is no alarm function which wake me up between specific hour,app is useless for me. I can’t set it up.
