timer schedule not working
hi kindly look into it as the schedule for timer to on and off the switch is not working

The last update caused all the cameras to go offline
The most recent update resulted in an encryption channel failed (-54) message. Prior to this update the app was working fine.
Widgets don’t work ideally
iOS widgets link back to the app when clicked. No difference from me searching and opening the app. Ideally, the widget should allow me to on and off the switch from my iOS Home Screen. Pls address this. Great app otherwise.
Precise location
Precise location needs to be improved. The app does not capture my exact location even though it is receiving data from my phone's location service. Alternatively, remove the need for location details aside from automatically detecting a WiFi host nearby.
Terrible App
After changing my filter for my Sterra Moon, the filter can’t be reset. It’s a glitch in the app. Zero effort to try to improve the app, and completely bad after service from Sterra with no replies.
Almost great
App has been perfect for some simple remote wifi switches in my room. However, the list of Icon Options in the app is really pathetic, and barely covers any of my use cases (screen, speakers, bed lights, charger). Developers please add options for us to add our own icons, or emojis, or even just more useful icons!
super buggy - light offline
recently the app has gotten even buggier — my lightbulb device is online one moment and then offline the next. now i can’t even customise my lightbulb colours anymore.
Latest update issue
App will auto close whenever i try to playback the recordings on my door cam.
Smart Life update
After update snart life cannot launch. Getting hourglass ‘turn and turn’ until time out
Doesn’t work most of the time
You call this app “smart life” yet its not smart at all. Can’t even connect to Apple Watch and the developer advertised as it can
