Bad at showing where you have to click,the music doesn’t work, automatic tap doesn’t work, frustrating app to have it’s honesty the worst ever app

I have been using the Smart Life app with my A1 Pro Max lock, and I have encountered several issues. The Smart Life app consistently fails on all Tap-to-Run commands, and the lock itself struggles to connect to Bluetooth. Often, I need to turn Bluetooth off and on multiple times or even restart my phone to establish a connection. While the app itself seems well-designed, my experience is limited to this single lock/smart device that supports the app. In contrast, my overall smart home system, which operates with Apple HomeKit, performs excellently. I also use a NAS running Homebridge and Scrypted, but even after adding the lock to Homebridge to provide HomeKit support, it remains practically unusable in the Apple Home app. I can only see the lock’s status (whether the door is locked or unlocked), and if I lock or unlock the door using the Smart Life app, Apple Home family members receive notifications about the lock’s status changes. Due to these persistent issues, I am planning to delete the app and replace my lock with a $400 lock that performs the same functions without any problems. The lock I am considering is the Yale Linus, as it installs in the same way, is accessible 24/7 even when I am not home, and can be integrated into HomeKit. It’s not about the money; I need a reliable lock that doesn’t fail almost all the time. Overall, the potential of the Smart Life app is evident, but the current issues with the A1 Pro Max lock significantly hinder its functionality within my smart home ecosystem.

I wish I could use my smart lock with Siri/HomeKit, but my A1 Pro Max doesn't support it. I'm going to make the best out of the situation and add it to the Google Home iOS app. I'll use that for now. If the lock doesn't get HomeKit support or get updated with Matter/Thread support, I will have to buy a different lock from another brand. Edit: I added the lock to Apple Home using Homebridge and the Tuya plugin. Although the lock is recognized, it is not functional in Apple Home, nothing happens when i try to lock/unlock so I still have to use the Smart Life app.

When i was jobbing i had my house alarm ringing but i got no notification. I got a notification from google home and HomeKit It is still a good app to keep your smart stuff like lights and cameras + ALARMS🙃

I can’t get music sync to work, I have enabled the task but it is stuck on red ):

When checking alarms (Sound & Motion detection) I get kicked out from the app when going on step backwards. Using IOS 17.2.1 om IPhone 14 Pro Max.

When I try to change the color mode on my J&EL RGB LAMP I get kicked out of the app. Please fix this issue as soon as possible.
