All right, I haven’t actually gotten into this app yet and I’m thinking about not using it and returning my robot vacuum cleaner that this app goes with. For the simple fact that this app is asking for access to way too much personal data. The language they are using is way to broad aswell. like it wants access to home data and my location services on my phone??? Like why? what do they need that for? The sad part is if you want to use the app to control the robot vacuum cleaner at all you have to accept it. Who know what else there looking at in the back end.

It’s keep on showing offline consistently, even after there is strong internet

This app has some good things about it. Unfortunately it also has a lot of bad issues which out weigh the good. The developer / company does not seem to be interested in hearing about the bugs or issues and makes no attempt to resolve them. I am not going to go into exact details as I am not employed by this company to provide free troubleshooting or tech support but if you also have privacy concerns then this app is Not for you! If you check around, there are other apps that do the same thing (without all the bugs) and security issues that are truly free! The other apps also offer much better support and seem to actually care. If you bought a smart device or plug and the manufacturer refers you to this app I strongly suggest first trying one of the many other apps available for free that don’t have bugs or security issues Or… even ask the reseller of your hardware for a different app to use that is bug free. Unless you are totally desperate I would never recommend this app to anyone! And honestly even if you are desperate, I still would not recommend this to you. If you’re wondering about my background, I am a retired software engineer. Before wasting your time installing the app or risking your privacy and security take the time to read the reviews! I don’t understand how it shows four plus stars when every review for it is awful and only one star. Must be another bug. ;-)

Product not available in Canada and very hard to control this app

It is incredibly difficult to set up usage scenarios. For example, I can't even set it to run for X hours and at X degrees of heat or cold.

Never connects to anything properly takes an hour
