Just don’t bother. Rubbish app. Multiple log in options and non of them work. Both me and my wife tried to log in using different methods and nothing worked. Waste of time. Had to rummage round for change so our day our wasn’t ruined!

The app doesn’t allow me to login so I can’t pay for the car park. No way of contacting them by phone or email.

If I couod guve 1 star I would! Dreadful app, never works, loggin takes forever if it works at all… last thing you want when trying to park quickly! Used cash instead

I agree with previous review despite signing up I couldn’t access the car park app and Spent half my show in the theatre attempting to log in. Upon returning to the carpark I called the number on the sign and and it was answered by ringo so I tried searching for the car park number their app and it was there! 😃

I tried using this app for the first time when parking at Milton Keynes train station. I tried to use the guest login option - literally all it does is light up as white when I tap and does nothing else. So it seems this is a fake option?? I then signed up using my email address. When I then tried to login in, it just loads on the page and when the ‘loading’ notification stops nothing has changed - I’m still looking at my own email and password (that I had literally just set up) on the sign in page. At this point I was going to be late for my train as I didn’t expect to have this hassle. Cut to a few weeks later I’ve got a £60 fine for not paying my parking fee. HOW was I meant to pay if there is no phone number to call to make a payment over the phone like with RingGo NOR is there a website to pay via?? This seems like fraudulent activity as you are not giving anyone the change to make the smaller payment and forcing people to pay the fine instead!!! Furious.

Absolutely woeful. We tried to sign up. Four different phones. Eventually gave up and found another car park.

I don’t write many app reviews. But this app is so very bad I felt compelled to warn off others from wasting their time downloading it. I’m more surprised Apple have allowed something of such poor quality to tarnish their App Store! Words can’t express how bad it is. If you want to experience the frustration and horror I did then fill your boots. Otherwise get away while you still can

Downloaded this app to pay for parking at a train station, signed up via email, verified with the email link, but then couldn’t log in. Then tried Apple ID method, didn’t work. Also tried guest login, didn’t work. I need up paying cash at the machine. App is completely broken!

Tired to create an account for days but doesn’t work

Tried this at Watergate Car Park Perth. Wouldn’t even let me log in. I tried repeatedly and even removed and reinstalled the app. Tried Guest Login, Apple & Google. None of them worked. Then tried the advertised phone number and that didn’t work either. Wouldn’t be surprised if it was deliberate so they can then try and penalty charge users. Assume they have a camera. Effectively a scam.
