Didnt work and couldn’t cancel subscription
I’m super disappointed with both Apple and Pampers for dealing with a technical issue so poorly. I was unable to cancel my subscription before the free trial ended because it kept glitching and not letting me, then when I was charged, I requested a refund twice and was denied with no explanation. This was my money for bills as a struggling new mother and they didn’t care about me, even when I told them this. Apple told me to ask Pampers/the app developers for permission to get a refund and then Pampers said no and sent me back to Apple, and now Apple is just outright denying me with no explanation. I’m super upset and haven’t been able to sleep at night…super ironic considering the app!! Sign up at your own risk! :(
Waste of time
Makes you answer 1000 questions then asks you to pay before using the app.
Not worth it
Didn’t help with my baby. He still wakes up all through the night. Good to have the free trial but definitely not worth the money you’d have to pay. There is also no option to set the time baby fell asleep if you forget so the timer carries on for the rest of the nap, which is a feature other apps I have used have.
Horrible app. No free content
This app asks you to sign up with all your personal details including email and phone number, then lock you to a screen where you will need to subscribe to continue (no way to get around it). What a fishing app for personal info! I wished I knew there's no free content before signing up

My baby’s sleep has gotten worse since using this app. went from four or five hour stretches at night back to one or two hours.

This app is owned by a multi billion dollar company and they are milking for MORE money. All the ads make this sound like a free app from pampers
Couldn’t get past registration
I wanted to like this app but while trying to register an account it would only show a handful of countries to chose from when asking you to pick your location. I am from the USA and that was not an option so I couldn’t even register
Incredibly deceptive marketing
One of the first things the app does is ask for your baby’s age and try to get you to sign up for a subscription and lock you into a one year prepaid membership. It’s not until you get through 80% of the lessons do they tell you that the app is recommended for 3 months and older. This is incredibly deceptive and will be lodging a complaint with the FTC
Money Grab
The app itself works well with tracking sleep windows, but I cannot fathom how they are pricing it. 49$ a month, 89$/3 months, or 119$ a year. Absolutely crazy pricing preying on helpless parents that think it’s worth it to try and get their baby to sleep. Pampers is an extremely wealthy company with everything else they sell, so why be selfish and price gouge? With EVERYTHING being a subscription nowadays you’d think they would take into account families and their finances.
Best sleep ever
I was so skeptical about this app and this process, but it has worked wonders. It’s turned our 12 week old into the best sleeper! I love all the advice and lessons. He’s sleeping through the night and going down earlier than ever before. Napping like a champ too! I also love that the app itself reminded me that my free trial was almost up. We want to keep it for a while but apps never remind you of those things!
