Great success
Wow - a life-saver for a first-time parent!
The nap times are crazy accurate for my baby, pretty much falls asleep on the spot of the time marking! Evening fuzziness also decreased, and this only after 2-3 days of using the app, and we weren’t able to follow the schedule rigorously on the first day.
I like that you can add wake-up times for naps and night sleep. Very easy to start and stop from the lock screen - super convenient. The sleep training modules are great.
The Apple Watch app is buggy unfortunately (stuck in loading mode often) and doesn’t support logging formula (only breastfeeding).
Another downside is that it’s REALLY expensive for a year - 2000 Swedish krona is a hefty price. I think half would have been more reasonable, but I think desperate, overtired parents are willing to pay ;)
But regular updates makes me give it 4/5 stars! Everything can’t be perfect.

My baby’s sleep has gotten worse since using this app. went from four or five hour stretches at night back to one or two hours.
Literally have to sign up for a plan to start
This app is owned by a multi billion dollar company and they are milking for MORE money. All the ads make this sound like a free app from pampers
Couldn’t get past registration
I wanted to like this app but while trying to register an account it would only show a handful of countries to chose from when asking you to pick your location. I am from the USA and that was not an option so I couldn’t even register
Incredibly deceptive marketing
One of the first things the app does is ask for your baby’s age and try to get you to sign up for a subscription and lock you into a one year prepaid membership. It’s not until you get through 80% of the lessons do they tell you that the app is recommended for 3 months and older. This is incredibly deceptive and will be lodging a complaint with the FTC
Money Grab
The app itself works well with tracking sleep windows, but I cannot fathom how they are pricing it. 49$ a month, 89$/3 months, or 119$ a year. Absolutely crazy pricing preying on helpless parents that think it’s worth it to try and get their baby to sleep. Pampers is an extremely wealthy company with everything else they sell, so why be selfish and price gouge? With EVERYTHING being a subscription nowadays you’d think they would take into account families and their finances.
Best sleep ever
I was so skeptical about this app and this process, but it has worked wonders. It’s turned our 12 week old into the best sleeper! I love all the advice and lessons. He’s sleeping through the night and going down earlier than ever before. Napping like a champ too! I also love that the app itself reminded me that my free trial was almost up. We want to keep it for a while but apps never remind you of those things!
Amazing app + widgets
So far it has been on track with baby! Also love how I can track the nap from my home and Lock Screen. I wish they had an app like this for nursing!
