Smart Sleep Coach by Pampers™

This app has helped us allot! Now our baby sleeps perfectly, we have started to use this app when our daughter was 1,5 months, but I wish I have found it earlier. A have read allot of books, bought courses but it did not help. My baby started to sleep better already after couple of days after we started to use it, now she is 3,5 months, and we have started sleep training ( at the beginning the method wich was suggested did not suite to me, I did not want to leave her to cry even for a couple of seconds, but there was an opportunity to chance the method, wich was better for me, so I did not leave my baby to cry, I was there if she needed). For now I cannot say that we have achieved 100% sleep training, but I see the progress. I put her to crib, I am leaving the room and couple of minutes later she fals asleep, sometimes she needs me to come back to the room , but I can see that it is more rare now. Let’s be honest, your baby is 3,5 months and she can fall asleep by herself, she sleeps since 7pm till 7.30 am (wakes up only 2 times to eat and eminently falls asleep) this is a huge success. I am 100% sure that this way of sleeping we have achieved becouse of the app

The app doesn’t adapt to my child sleep needs and keeps recommending night sleep starting from 19. Even though it doesn’t work for my daughter and causes “split nights”. The price tag is also crazy for what is essentially a sleep tracker and a set of generic sleep advice. Companies will do anything to milk parents dry today. Disgusting.

The app looks good and the trial is based on logging in all the naps & sleep. So a point for that as it is really well done. It also suggests the time you should put your baby to sleep - but it didn’t work at all for our little one. But then it simply suggests the old cry-it-out method (variations of it). And you should pay $100 for that. It’s ridiculous. You can find those methods online for free but that’s not the worst part. The worst part is it is scientifically proven that these methods HARM THE BABIES. It harms their brain development. Abandoning babies is torture for them. Yet they keep telling you that they base the app on “experts” and “science”. Absolute BS! Making money off of people’s misery & harming babies, nice combo. Next time I see “pampers” anywhere I’m turning my eye. And you should too. A waste of our precious time.

The app is free to download but unusable without 100$ plan. You give all of the data, register and then see the commercial offer. Just a trick to fool you . You could expect better from pampers.

My baby’s sleep has gotten worse since using this app. went from four or five hour stretches at night back to one or two hours.

This app is owned by a multi billion dollar company and they are milking for MORE money. All the ads make this sound like a free app from pampers

I wanted to like this app but while trying to register an account it would only show a handful of countries to chose from when asking you to pick your location. I am from the USA and that was not an option so I couldn’t even register

One of the first things the app does is ask for your baby’s age and try to get you to sign up for a subscription and lock you into a one year prepaid membership. It’s not until you get through 80% of the lessons do they tell you that the app is recommended for 3 months and older. This is incredibly deceptive and will be lodging a complaint with the FTC

The app itself works well with tracking sleep windows, but I cannot fathom how they are pricing it. 49$ a month, 89$/3 months, or 119$ a year. Absolutely crazy pricing preying on helpless parents that think it’s worth it to try and get their baby to sleep. Pampers is an extremely wealthy company with everything else they sell, so why be selfish and price gouge? With EVERYTHING being a subscription nowadays you’d think they would take into account families and their finances.

I was so skeptical about this app and this process, but it has worked wonders. It’s turned our 12 week old into the best sleeper! I love all the advice and lessons. He’s sleeping through the night and going down earlier than ever before. Napping like a champ too! I also love that the app itself reminded me that my free trial was almost up. We want to keep it for a while but apps never remind you of those things!
