I have been using the Smart Trainer functionality which works really well. The training automatically updates to keep it challenging and I love how the workouts are structured. Paired with the Apple Watch app, it’s the best training app out there.
Absolutely love the personalised weights feature… but would like it extended to other exercises than just dumbbells- such as barbells please.
I've tried a lot of different workout apps and this is hands down the best, especially if you train with an Apple Watch
Been using it for a couple of weeks, love it really as it is packed with all you need & nothing you don’t. The GUI is nice, only complaint is I wish the subscription was cheaper.
A bit expensive for what it is but does what it says on the tin… well! Unlike other apps on the market it covers everything you need.
The app is good, but the free version is unusable with a stupid banner on the bottom that says pro version expired and it stays for there forever!
But they should include more exercises and add rest time to cardio
App is fine. Not the best for gym. But it way to expensive. I don’t know why this app is so overpriced for what is offering
Had this app for a week now and the versatility on my routines out ways all the competition thank you.
Not worth the download. There are more intuitive apps out there that provide more value. Virtually no free features unless you pay and even if you pay, I don’t see much value in the services.
