Always pick up Area is very far… and the grab car to the car park area very very far… the grab car fee already cost a lot… and they can’t extend me for free, cause I need time to wait for grab and go pick up the car! Why don’t take car only start deducting the time? Especially the airport! Got to Long Term Car Park! Cost me Rm 30, and I take the car from KLIA2 to KLIA1 the Grab car to car park! Waste me one hour and half! Also more cost!
And the car condition is bad! And dirty!!! Smelly also!
