The app doesn’t have any option to login. I had an account before, and I signed out for no reason. Later I tried to login and the system has only option of registering. When I used my mobile and email, the systems says that you already have an account, but once again doesn’t allow me to login.
When asked help from the website, their representative asks to provide all documents again. This is ridiculous.
We use SOCAR when we travel, and if the app is so useless and response is so unprofessional, we lose two to three days.
Other options, such as Go Car has much better application and services
Worst rental car app
It was hard to understand, and when I drove to another state. It ask me to go back from where I came from. I literally paid so much money in this ridiculous scam. The service provided was very slow, and not helpful at all. The car has no key card, no proper maintenance.

Wanted to trust this company so much but I have difficulty in typing and selecting in the app during sign up made me skeptical with the quality of the car and service they going to provide
App full of bugs never fix, bad support and always find random reason charge customer.
Really bad experience of using this APP. Car always no show without any notice, and support always make you wait more than 15mins to get response.

aps sangat teruk. penyewa kereta boleh sesuka hati cancel booking kita sedangkan booking sudah berbayar dan untuk mendapatkan refund dalam cash mengambil masa yang agak lama

Being Charged for Others Problem
For all of you, if you want to rent a car I prefer you to go others platform. For your information, I have been using this app until being charge for smoking penalty from other fault for 3 times. Their team only give excuses, without evidences. They blame me because Im the last customers to using that car. But since I using this car, got no problem. If you guys want to rent, this rubbish app is not recomended. Should go to shop that makes rent car is more satisfied. This stupid apps, only give excuses and deny with no evidences
