If, by chance, you're reading this before buying that crap, please do yourself a favor and stay away; this ecosystem is so bad; it has given us so much pain and discomfort over time. This has 0 of the features you would expect out of a wireless smart device. And the fact that they wish me to connect it using an Ethernet cable whenever I change my router password proves it.

App and device are very good
Great application but can be improved by adding simple features such as the ability to edit via pc, and more friendly ways to edit Playlist and libraries.
I’m the owner of a Sonos system (Playbar, Sub, Play 5:2 and 2xPlay 1. They are all located in one (small) room. The Playbar and the Play 5 are sort of doubling each other and the 2xPlay 1 are kind of surround. The major issue is: The system sound really great (basically overkill). Now the bad: 1. I had to buy the Playbar, because that was the only way to connect my 65’ (9000 series) Samsung screen to the system. The Play 5 has probably better sound! 2. Despite endless tries, I have not been able to connect my remote to the system. Hence I have to control the system solely via iPhone, iPad, Mac etc..., which is a significant headache. 3. When I tried to set up a surround system, one of the Play 1 speakers constantly “disappeared” and I had to do the setup all over again. In the end I made the a separate stereo set, which I control individually (sort of advantage, but not a surround). 4. The system does not save the default. When I open the TV, I have to set the speakers up again. Meaning, only the Playbar and Sub are active and I have to add the others every time. So, I’m happy with the sound, which naturally is the most important issue. However, I feel that the problems listed above could be solved. The remote issue is especially irritating on daily basis!! Hope this helps...
Since we have updated the last version of Sonos, it doesn’t work with Spotify. Please fix it.
Your app is just bad
Interface is slow and uncomfortable. You should really find a why to let us use the music services apps to choose music, keep the control/setup/tuning part in the Sonos app. I’m sure you’ll find a way without using airplay.
