Completely ruined

The app wasn’t great to start with but then they updated and totally f’d it. Cant believe they were this incompetent. So disappointed.

Can’t connect some of my Sonos speakers

I can’t connect some of my Sonos speakers As I have some gen 1 and gen 2. I’ve try using both s1 and s2 app but can’t seem to get them all connected.

Awful

This has to be the worst UX imaginable for a so called “premium” product. Setting up a play 5 and the two apps is incredibly frustrating and to be frank, and embarrassment for Sonos. It’s still doesn’t work despite following steps. I won’t but their products again

Been crippled

The app has been crippled so it no longer works with my Sonos Beware investing into Sonos. You may only get a couple of years functionality.

Worst App Ever

This must be the worst app in the market. The speakers disconnect themselves and every time you want to use the app you have to set up again. And what an effort this is! Moving the whole hullabaloo into the garage to physically connect to the router. Surely there must be an easier way. Lots of room for improvement!!

Worse than ever!

Older products regularly drop of the S1 list of rooms, you will get stuck in a loop of deregistering your products and creating a new system Ad nauseam, try Bluesound, actual hi fidelity, and lots of flexibility.

I love to listen

I love to ABC Classical Fm radio station and I am grateful that I am able listen to beautiful music. I love Christmas carols and wishing we could hear more beautiful singing with classical hymns, cathedral choirs and not have it interrupted by ugly sounds.
