Unstable

Unfortunately Sonos 1 is no longer reliable. We have to reset it every day and sometimes several times a day. I guess it is a ploy of Sonos to increase their sales by getting you to upgrade to their Sonos 2 models.

Was good but no more

Besides upgrading and making your system obsolete, favourite stations no longer available, despite good WiFi signal keeps dropping. Can’t even listen to a news report without adverts disrupting the broadcast. Very disappointing.

Worst app ever

Keeps loosing connection, we’ve had it for 5 years, only getting worse, it’s a nightmare

Disappointing system support

Great sounding system but less than a year into buying the system they stop app support with launch of S1 Sonos controller. No more updates they say. Thoughts of extending my system off the table I’m afraid.

Skipping songs

Songs in my library stop halfway and skip, very frustrating. This never happens when I play directly using my Apple Music app

Great investment

The thinner that TVs get, the worse the sound. This makes up for it in a big way. The app is so cool and I actually can’t wait to add more speakers to this soundbar

Reliability issues terrible connections

3rd speaker now with WiFi issues. 3 out of 7 purchased. Not a great record. When they work they sound great. When they work. Constantly breaking up.

Complete and utter garbage

Useless technology. Useless software. Always skips halfway through songs on Spotify despite the fact that I have an incredibly reliable internet connection. Always gives me an error when trying to play songs from Apple Music. USELESS. USELESS. USELESS.
