SPARK car sharing

I started my trip with a Renault Zoe. Starting the engine, immediately loud music turned ON. The multimedia screen doesn't work. No physical buttons/wheels for volume. So, no way to control volume at all. The car is not usable IMHO. Called support. They know the issue, it was reported several times. But it still appears in search. Maybe appstore review will help fix such kinds of issues.

Don’t believe the good reviews out here . They ask me to pay a fine of 35€ for nothing . They just want more money out of their customers . They don’t reply to the emails nor anything . I don’t recommend it even with 1% , avoid this company. To write you fine they ask for 20€ can you believe that? Worst company ever

Ive used the app for years, closed the account today. They became a horrible experience everytime - cars dirty, messed up. God forbid you miss anything around the car, they’ll start harassing you with debt collectors based on terms and conditions. They also seem to monitor the vehicles which is just unsettling - they comment on circumstances of the trips, seeing everything that happens in the vehicle, so don’t talk to anyone about anything if you ise the app, or better yet, find an alternative. Additionally, gps is laggy, parking areas limited - another great money making method, as you might need to re-park the cars multiple times as the gps will get stuck on the edge and not let you end trip. As well as the door sensors stall you for multiple minutes, generating great additional revenue for them. Strongly advise against, as even the customer support will sass you out and get offensive.

Cannot find the car at the location, which is displayed on the map. Wasted more than 30min looking for it

There is no option to control push notifications in the app. Too many promotional notifications.

I am purchased authorization for 5 euros, and they got me a ten eur coupon code, which, after some time, disappeared from my account (expired).

Requiring to pay 5eur just to try to sign up and then get errors with card verification and ID verification.
