I have booked one flight and was trying to add luggage and for that had to select modify flight and now I can see that I have 23k amount pending even the web check in was already done. They forced me to pay the extra amount or they say flight will get cancelled. After paying the amount I got the same flight on same date with nothing changed. Sad that passengers have no other choice as they have other priorities to attend. Update : Now they move my flight to another flight on the same day without asking us. Moral : They want you to change or cancel your flight because they just have one flight but they are selling for 2 flights on same day. So if you want to go in morning they will change it to evening on the flight date leaving you with no other choice. Will be my last flight in Spicejet 😖
