SpiceJet – Book Cheap Flights

I booked a return SpiceJet flight from Goa to Delhi. Just 1 week before my flight I was told the flight had been cancelled and to book another flight. AND there was no other direct flight from the same airport to Delhi on that day. Was forces to book flight from another airport and had to cut short by trip by 3 hrs to get a direct flight I reach airport to take a flight and get to know flight has a halt in Pune. Nowhere on the ticket its mentioned. Company over charged me for a ticket, cancelled it just few days prior and did not give required options as substitute, misinformed me on my next booking. Company is dysfunctional and is now forced to cheat customers to make money

The app does not open often. It’s not reliable at all. If you rely on this app for the ticket opening at airport, you may even miss the flight. It’s very slow and very cumbersome.

They canceled our flight and pre-poned it by 8 hours. When we tried to cancel/re-schedule this pre-poned flight they charged us 14K extra. Avoid booking from spice jet as much as possible.

8hours delay as of now, flight SG-185 was suppose to leave by 12:30pm but as per 3rd reschedule now its 18:40pm, if you can’t provide services why are you taking bookings, wasting public time, please stop the shop if you can’t keep up and running.. DO NOT BOOK SPICEJET pathetic and worst service ever

The program goes blank when you try to add the traveler details so booking not possible using the application!

I have traveled several time through spicejet and always this flights get delayed everytime delhi to bihar , bihar to delhi is delayed

My forward flight , delayed unnecessarily by 30 min, with AC's not working fro The time we boarded and till 15 mins after take off. Dont k ow aht kind of cheap money saving act was this from spice jet. Now my RETURN FLIGHT IS TILL NOW WHEN I AM POSTING THIS GOT RESCHEDULED 4 times. Still not aware it will take off on time or not. Such a poor services are there from spicejet. I wish i would have spent a bit more and booked an indigo atleast.

I booked a flight from leh to delhi through spice jet. also i had a connecting flight to indore with a 2 hour gap. the flight took of 1 hour late from leh, also i purchased priority pass to get the bag early because i did not wanted to miss the connecting flight. the pass was purchased at around 500₹ from this app. the scam happened at delhi airport they put bags on belt timing on 10:17 but nobody got bags. and even with my priority tag i got bag late at 10:53. i ofcourse missed my connecting flight and had to spend 15k extra on booking new flight. The priority pass is a scam, also they put fake bags on belt timing. and their staff is extremely rude. I have pledged to never fly spice jet again and also suggested all my friends and family to follow the same.

Firstly very basic features like Adding Boarding Pass to Apple Wallet, Secondly there are too many bugs which make your booking disappear or the boarding pass, one cannot rely on the app for last minute boarding showing. Tickets if booked via third party should automatically show up if phone number or email is matching. Missing a lot of things in comparison to other airlines.
