Backup is not done automatically, the user is responsible for such a backup (IDB file) using features (iCloud, Dropbox, email, FTP ...) exists in iPassSafe to avoid loss of data when device is lost, damaged or any other reason, furthermore iPassSafe is NOT providing any direct cloud service, password retrieval, or backup service for security reason (all data stored on your device only!), user need to decide where to do the backup (iCloud, user's private Dropbox account, user's diskonkey using FTP, or user's email ...), the user is also responsible for this backup safety.

3. Sync is not merging data, you have to keep all updated data on one device and use sync option upload file, then load and activate with a password on all your other devices

Scam. Run away!

Good luck if you store your passwords via this app. Mine stopped working and I lost all my password. Impossible to reopen the app: it stopped offering me face recognition and does not open when I key my passwords. God knows where my passwords have gone. Obviously, the support service does not reply any email. Run away!

iPassSafe automatically exit

I upgrade iPassSafe yesterday. When I login into iPassSafe, it will automatically exit it so that i cannot use it any more. Please help! Thanks!

Good investment

True that need to pay for full version as free copy is very limited. At least put my mind at ease knowing my infor is protected in the handset.

Please improve

At first glance, i truly appreciate this app because 1) It doesn't provide a third party server to store my valuable data. I really am uncomfortable abt sensitive information being on 3rd party servers. 2) It provides password generators However, i feel theres room for improvement to make the purchase worthwhile. 1) The password 'copy-to-clipboard' doesn't work when i tried on safari. Is it supposed to be for the app's internal browser only? If so, its not very practical. Even manually highlighting the password doesn't work. 2) After adding lists of information, the scrolling became 'unsmooth'. 3) If its not too much of a trouble, could the developer add an auto recognising function among devices within the same network? I got an iPad so i could be mobile. To sync on a trusted network and totally avoid dropbox, i have to run to my mac on every syncing. I mean, if its not too much to ask 😉... 4) The front page for iPad looks ugly. At least make it look like a purchased app. 😜
