Needs a watch app

This is nearly excellent, but I’m really missing a watch app. The exercises don’t need a full phone screen, and I often don’t have my phone with me at the scheduled time. (Women’s clothes have small pockets! )

Helpful, but could be better

I find this app really helpful in motivating me to do the exercises I’ve been set by a specialist women’s physio, aiming to get the green bar each day. It would be useful to be able to ‘edit’ or ‘log’ exercises as I sometimes do them without using the app itself but want to log that I have done them; or if I am doing the exercise and it goes over midnight it doesn’t record it for that day. Also need greater flexibility in setting the plan for the quick set (which is way too fast) - the professional option setting doesn’t allow me to set it according to the timing the physio has suggested which require much longer periods between each squeeze.

Simple to use and understand. The automatic reminders got me to practice and I surprised myself to have finally done my pelvic floor exercises properly . Great app👍

Great

This app is easy and informative. After just a few week the leaks that would happen during Zumba and jumping stopped! I gave birth to twins naturally so it took some doing to get everything back in order. I have even been told I’m tight down there! lol awesome.

Needs more flexible timing

Perhaps you are unaware that people work shifts, get in late or early. Midnight is a totally random cut off for time of exercise. One should be able to set a time appropriate for your schedule. I can’t believe this would be so hard to add. It’s otherwise a good app but this 9-5 job type skew is annoying

Great app! Option for future development?

Really helpful app! I’ve gone from not doing any exercises to doing them daily. My notifications come through to my watch, and I know I would improve on my daily target if I was able to activate the exercises directly from my watch. As I actively try and reduce the time I’m in possession of my phone. Especially around the kids.

Good to learn more about pelvic floor and doing exercises. I’ve had to google a few questions for more info on pelvic floor, but it’s a good record and reminder of the exercises.
