Surprisingly instable app
This userunfriendly and instable app brings an extra layer of adventure to your travel experience!
Calendar updates every time I open the app - incredibly annoying!
This is the only airline app which makes calendar updates every time I open the app. Even if there is no actual change! Ridiculous and silly.
Wrong alliances.
Cumbersome and difficult to navigate. Last time I checked it showed the alliances as Sky Team and not Star Alliance.
Not helpful at all
Not able to check in via app, no information what terminal my connection flight is on. Really annoying

It is the best flight app
Not working
By far the worst airline app I have seen. When you select check in and add a booking it takes you to a page where you buy tickets rather than providing the booking reference and other necessary information to find your actual booking. I actually don’t think that it’s possible to check in based on booking reference with is app which for me would be the primary use case for it.
Useless
Seriously useless since when you try to make a reservation it is all in German and there is nowhere you can change language
not customer friendly
when you build an APP for consumer, why don’t you design it so that consumers can understand it. From a UI/UX point of view, this is one of the worst airline APPS in the industry
