Delivery and appointment are not updated properly on app. Sms received that delivery is delayed to next day. But app still shows yesterday delivery date and status as processing. If your app is not in sync with your third party courier delivery schedules why even offer an option for delivery and appointment updates and changes on app!!! GET A BETTER PROGRAMMING/TESTING TEAM to update and test your app and quality control it’s function PROPERLY before allowing public to use and rely on it!!!!!
The 5G connection's persistent failure and the frequent absence of a 4G signal have severely disrupted my ability to stay connected. Additionally, the disappointing level of customer service has compounded the frustration, highlighting the urgent need for improvement in both network reliability and customer support.
Useless updated app. Keep logging out from my own account even though i did not log out. Clicked remember me to auto save my username and password but they are unable to save that. Useless. Old version better

Just transferred to a new phone, but now on the app I am unable to log in with my HubID, logging me only as a guest and sending me into an endless loop to the App Store to the app there to reopen the app. Madness.
Failed to buy or top up data travel in 7 separate occasions using the apps. Suspected bug, and no customer service given either.
App keeps loading. It takes forever for me to do the recontract. Super poor APP
This is so frustrating
Please go & do something on the app, always have to login many times just to change of plans.. give up on this.!! Not helping at all ..!! 👎
